Such great overall experience. The hotel was a great place for enjoying a good area, just off the airport, New York, Newark Penn Station. I had a queen room and it was cool. Extra touches like cable TV, a fridge and a writing desk were a treat, staff were accommodating.

This was the worst hotel ive ever stayed in. My flight landed at midnight and I was not leaving till the next morning so I thought id get something cheap and close because all I needed was a few hours rest. I got no sleep in this hotel. Travelling as a 25yr old female I was wishing I had some form of a weapon with me, and would not let myself close my eyes for fear of what may happen if I did! The area was terrible, I got harrassed by at least 5 homless people whilst waiting for the security to open the door to let me in. The rooms were horrid. I've seen public toilets better than these rooms. I had a major hole in the blind so all the homeless people walking past my window could see me eye to eye. I was scared and sat on the bed watching them as they walked by till the morning so I could get the hell out of there. I would not reccommend anyone to stay here.

They were the only hotel in the NJ area with availability during the last days of Hurricane Sandy, therefore I went there. The TV system was not bad. Staff was very friendly, especially the security guy.
Felt like I was walking into a prison. Reception had what looked like bullet-proof glass. The rooms looked and felt dirty. I was even reluctant of laying in bed. My first room had a mouse running inside. The room I was moved to after this looked less horrible, but was still a nightmare. The shower/bath drain was blocked and the water from the shower was brown when hitting the bath. A daunting experience.

The transportation like bus route was cross road, which made it easier to commute to stations
The beds in the room were small and looked like used one's being with a small kid 2 yr old was a bit difficult to manage to sleep. The faucets are too tight to open and close sometimes and also the sequence to open and close is different at various locations like in our room its different while the ones in the lobby restroom open and close differently which gives a feeling that some new plumber tried to fix it with his less experience.
